FUCK. Lambic is my favorite beerstyle and Fou’Foune is one of my favorites in this category. It has such a creamy yogurt-like taste. Unbelievable smooth and well balanced in acidity and sourness. The apricots are again well present. Amazing job Cantillon!

Pours a hazy golden yellow. Aroma is the classic Cantillon nose with a lovely apricot aroma that envelops the nose as it warms. Silky mouthfeel with a lovely bubbly carbonation. Taste is lovely funky apricot. Delicious.

Это топовый топ! И подобные фруктовые ламбики винтажировать не надо. Пить надо максимально свежими.

Didn’t realize I brought all my 2020s up to VT. Was wondering where they went. #foufriday

03 August 2020 bottle. Jammy and acidic, but amazing. So juicy this fresh

happy 2 year anniversary to me and orin. This rips. I love catching lambic and saison at the point in its lifespan when it tastes like sweet tarts. Clean, citric brightness, round funk

Duft av fersken-aprikos-smågodt. Fin-og små bobler, champagne aktig, mye bedre enn champagne! Syrlig og sødme som gir lang ettersmak, godt til lammekjøtt! Gave fra Metamannen 😎!

Peach rings nose. Sweet. Then huge fruity sour apricot taste. Really great vintage.

Oaky and funky. Great core apricot flavor without being sweet. Has a depth of flavor throughout - no real weaknesses.

Young foufoune is always a pleasure. Mild sourness and lots of apricots on the nose, as well as the aftertaste. Paired with chicory gratin with comte and ham - for an explosion of flavors - earthy from the plants & similar to apricot notes from the comte
