The elderflowers are super strong in the nose, the mouth feel is not that promiment.

Cant believe this is a decade old already. Every time I drink it is a polarizing experience. One time it will be drinking liquified bell peppers and not good, the next it will be zesty citrus with wonderful floral aspects. This is neither- just meh

Massive green bell pepper, very creamy. What Ben said about this being the most mamouchey mamouche.

Notes of earthy soil, ripe peach, petrichor, high quality green tea, and wet wood. Very mild acidity and great body. Incredible impressive at this age. No green olive which I typically get in old Cantillon. Probably best now or within two years.

Lovely initial juicy elderflower and jalapeno jelly bellies gives way to fruit flavoured bubble gum. Also a smoky (BBQ?) wooden note with a hint of peppery menthol/eucalyptus, particularly on the palate. Still vibrant but perhaps better integrated.
