Apparently the shelves of Sydney are being flooded with 2.5 year old KBS, remnants of a bygone era. Age is very noticeable, nose is creamy with less Green coffee but body is distinctly thin

Definitely a step back from some of those more American Wild Ale style fruit forward beers from a few years ago, this is very classic. Coconutted cherries, cheesiness, oak. I'm pretty confident this could cut through any cheese you throw at it.

Lovely initial juicy elderflower and jalapeno jelly bellies gives way to fruit flavoured bubble gum. Also a smoky (BBQ?) wooden note with a hint of peppery menthol/eucalyptus, particularly on the palate. Still vibrant but perhaps better integrated.
