Angenehm funky. Aber auch fruchtig und spritzig säuerlich. Super starter in den Abend!

Smell of pungent, unripe apricots. Mineral, tart taste of apricot skin. A hint of woody, barrel flavor. Dry finish. Not overly sour or funky. Everything melds together in perfect harmony. 20/21.

Years looking forward to drink it. Now it's mine. All mine. But... Gotta be honest about it, I thought it would be 5x times better. Super elegant, but too fruity, I don't see that woody aftertaste I look for in this kind of giants. Kinds yogurt-ish.

So genuinely impressed by this beer! I couldn't believe the balance. Highly recommend to any given the opportunity to try one.

Whoa... a very rare Belgian sour/lambic that is quite out of my league. This is super complex and flavorful with a nice level of sourness. Wow...

2021. Fanatic nose. Quite crisp carbonation. Love that apricot - super delicious.
