Incredible smell 2016 batch 16/17 brewing year. Very sour with great notes of apricot, pear, and peach. So honored to sample this masterpiece. Thanks Bob!

The juicy sweet scent of apricot spreads and the soft sour wraps around. The fruity sweetness spreads brilliantly on the palate, while the sour of wild yeast spreads softly.

As Foumosa (with orange juice). Smell is mostly Fou: funky, apricot, some orange, not super sweet. Light, easy, refreshing. Taste is between both: some sweetness from the OJ, some funk from the Fou, more oranges than apricots but both present. Breakfasty.

The flavor is apricot, somewhat tart, but I also think there is some green apple and white wine, and a dry oak bitterness towards the end. It is complex, smooth and perfect and truly delicious.
