드래프트론 첨 마시는데 정말 클래스가 뛰어나다. 처음에 시원하게 들어가면서도 마지막에 쌉쌀하게 끝난다. 드래프트 람빅의 정석 같은 느낌. 과일 향이 직관적으로 잘 전달된다. 조금만 복합성을 갖췄다면 바로 5.0도 받았을 드래프트.

Bright fresh tart and sweet apricot with a little dldried and candied apricot. A bit of mango from...the apricot? Light, whisky barrel oak. Refreshing. Less complex than other Cantillion I think but really awesome at what it does.

Finally getting to check in this brewery. While not a whale beer it was definitely a brewery that has eluded me for years. Worth it!
