Beautiful, delicate aroma of fresh, ripe apricots w/hints of parmesan & light lactic tart aromas. Gentle lactic tart flavor followed quickly by fresh apricot skin & flesh. Apricot notes become more evident in mid-palate. Light lactic finish. BEAUTIFUL! 🥰

With the amount of times I've had fou I'm shocked I've never checked it in. Anyway. Beautiful head retention soft apricot and a milk acid profile. Always delicious

Ouais bin c’est quelque chose ça! Super balancée, douce acidité, base qui rappelle la cantillon gueuze originale. Les abricots se pointent en finale, super bien utilisés, bien présents sans être too much.

Une référence ! Au nez c’est très abricot. En bouche l’attaque est assez douce puis on pet sur acidité franche. Le cuir et l’écurie nous rejoignent en fin de bouche avec un résidu abricoteux. Magnifique !

Rocznik 2019. Kwaśne, brzoskwiniowe, mało „lambikowe“ (stajnia gdzieś majaczy po kilku łykach dopiero), za to przyjemnie ściągające.
