Przyjemnie orzeźwiajacy, nieco agrestowy nieblenodwany lambik. Lekki w odbiorze, nieco goryczkowy. Finisz z małym hintem wanilli.

Blurs the line between a bio wine and a beer. It's sour, sharp and complex. Full of wild yeast flavour.

If this wasn't Cantillon it would be getting a rinsing on here. Very low carbonation as expected for a lambic, but minimal depth to the flavour. Bit of funk but nothing particularly interesting. Meh, it was fine.

Super well balanced and complex lambic. The slightly peated notes are amazing

Nice and funky this. Some elderflower on the nose, along with some good farmyard. Refreshing pucker in the finish.
