Nom. Tart, tangy and briny Brussels funk. Sweet Granny Smith Apple. A bit of bitterness on the finish. Fizzy, champagne-like carb. Edges are a bit sharp, it’s young, but still awesome.

Damp cork. Glad I checked it. Prob wouldn’t have lasted longer. Tasting pretty good, so we caught it before it went bad.
