Hout, bloemen, gras en stro in de geur. Bloemen, gras en hout in de smaak. Mooie droge wrange afdronk. Mooi hop karakter.

2006 on draft in 2021. Musty, mildly acidic, hint of sweetness, pretty sour. Holding up quite well for its age. Really nice sourness. Yum!

Februari 2021! Abv 5% Kleur: troebel oranje. Geur: fris, zurig, rabarber. Smaak: tarty, light funky, zacht stal, rabarber is subtiel aanwezig ietwat bloemig. Mooie starter!

First rating of the style. Nice orange look with a dense white head. Great aroma, almost like some champagne, along with minor notes of rubber and citrus. The acidity is of course high, and it increases the longer time you taste it. Really nice. 2007

Floral aromatics. Stone fruit and blackberry notes. Very effervescent. Super dry.

Surprisingly tasty for a sour in the true Lambic fermentation process. Unique with a real nice tart flavor...

I wasn't a fan of cantillon before and only not rating now because its after the fact there was too many good beers and good chat. But I feel like I need to revisit these beers soon. Fuck it it's a 4.
