Degustata con estrema soddisfazione la scorsa settimana (bottiglia 2019 acquistata in fabbrica). Non un "lambic" in senso stretto (niente frumento e 50% luppolo fresco): morbida e rotonda, vivace e asprigna, tanta frutta a polpa gialla e un amaro acceso!

OAK! Mineral and apple cider vinegar hints, but with zesty and bright acidity of lemon, then funk takes over! Some toasted bread notes? An astoundingly complex and refined beverage.

Самобытное и чем-то уникальное пиво. Тут используется 100% солода(что даёт карамельность и янатарный цвет), а не 65/35 вместе с пшеном как у ламбиков. А также помимо старого хмеля добавляют и молодой, что добавляет горечи. Супер

Unreal color, flavor, mouthfeel. Still standing strong after 10 years! I was worried I kept it too long but boy oh boy. Happy Fourth!
