LCI A little bitterness which I was not expecting. Good but not my favorite offering from them.

First rating of the style. Nice orange look with a dense white head. Great aroma, almost like some champagne, along with minor notes of rubber and citrus. The acidity is of course high, and it increases the longer time you taste it. Really nice. 2007

Floral aromatics. Stone fruit and blackberry notes. Very effervescent. Super dry.

Surprisingly tasty for a sour in the true Lambic fermentation process. Unique with a real nice tart flavor...

I wasn't a fan of cantillon before and only not rating now because its after the fact there was too many good beers and good chat. But I feel like I need to revisit these beers soon. Fuck it it's a 4.

I mean, it's very nice. Kinda like very tasty dishwasher soap. not sour enough and kinda mild, but it's super nice and interesting.
