Étrangement bon avec un steak medium saignant! L'acidité parfaite, sans tout cassé. Encore une fois, parfaitement balancé avec une belle acidité

Dark cherry (less pronounced than the non-bio version I tried in draft few weeks ago), tart, dry, just lovely.

Virkelig lækker sour med kirsebær. Fuld knald på sour, og knap så meget kirsebær. Synes nu stadig at Boon med deres kriek gør det lige så godt med lidt mere sødme.

A gift from Adam who was in Brussels, devishly hard to get, he even brought back the glassware. Sour, tart and fruity, with that underlying dryness. Cheers Adam.
