Very sour cherry. Light. Aged wonderfully after 10 years in the "cellar". Brought back memories of Belgium!

A cseresznye savanykás, édeskés. Kellemesen szénsavas, a lactobacillus az ízben jelentősen ott van. Utóizben száraz, de nem bántóan. Összeségében nagyon jó, de szerintem a Cantillon Geuze egy nagyon picit még jobb.

Paired with Sloppy Joe grilled cheese, the acidity cut through the rich food nicely. Beautifully refined Kriek.

Rich, sharp, fruity and hints of sweet biscuity bitterness from the yeast. The small bits that are novel are very interesting but also very subtle.
