Had to miss Zwanze the last 2 years, but at least I still managed to grab a pour of this. Big time funky beet nose. Taste isn’t too far off, pleasant acidity amongst the earthy, funky beet flavor. Interesting is an understatement.

BEETS! BEETS BEETS BEETS! BEETS IN BEER! THIS IS SO COOL! Some very earthy, beet like aromas. Flavour still holds true to the tart Cantillon base, but the beets add a lovely, earthy sweetness.

Арома борщ. Прям яркая свекла, далее овощное тело с ботвой, оригинально. Кислотность небольшая.

Пятница. Открытие Etudes. Молодой и неглубокий ламбик с свежим свекольный соком практически без горечи. Аккуратно сделано.
