Perhaps my single favourite lambic in the world. The single vintage is highly complex with white grape, green apple (skin), bell and black peppery notes. Creamy, but also light and dry. Such an incredibly underrated beer.

This is a must have! It’s smell of musty oak and wild, tastes of apricot, grapefruit and I wanna lemons. This coats the palate making you want more!

Probably my favorite Cantillion after Magic lambic and Nath. Smells of light, doughy, wheaty malt and fruity esters and floral hops, with notes of tart green apple/pear, apricot and white grape, as well as a distinct citric acidity and Brett funk

From 2015. Let the first pour sit to off gas. Absolute treat after all these years. Purchased in Belgium and traveled across the US twice. A real treasure 6 years later.

Cantillon ist einfach mega, Pferdedecke in lecker , leider nicht im typischen Körbchen serviert, ich freu mich schon morgen auf Brüssel 😆
