This might be the best wine/beer hybrid ever. Punchy acidity, medium tannins, lovely berry/cherry/red wine flavors, and a little funky bunch intertwined. Oak smooths out the acidity and finish just a touch. Beautiful beer.

Super dope super bowl party share trying some world class stuff here is my contribution. second time I’ve had this but liking it here, smooth and good carb probably cuz it’s fresh. Grapes come through clean and dry and promenant. Cheers my homies!!!!

This is a 2016 bottle. Sharp Cantillon signature nose and a smooth mouth feel. Carbonated but subtle. Oak barrel comes through as always. Excellent.

Good stuff. First Cantillon. Thought it would be a lot more tart. More sweet. True champagne of beer. I’m a fan. Thanks Daniel D.

Draft. To think I once found lambic undrinkable. If anything, the criticism here is it's unremarkabiliy. Perfectly good, really nice raisin stickiness. One of my favourites of theirs. But only a 4.0.
