Funk forward. Lightly hazed Ribena red with a very low white head. Barnyard funk aroma. Lightly carbonated, vinous red wine, barnyard funk, dry. Really easy drinking.

Finally got here when they had some Cantillon on tap. The merlot grapes make it wine-like, but just an outstanding lambic base. Tart, but smooth.

Stunning deep red look with an almost pink head. Aroma is heavy eartheren dusty along with sour rubberlike wild fermentation and minor sweet almost cherry like fruitness. Heavy sour flavor towards tart, with only minor notes of fruity grapes. NewYear2007

Аромат дуже тонкий, відчутні ягоди, якісь м'ятні ноти. Смак дуже приємна ягідна гірчинка, кислота помірна. Посмак дуже сухий, ягідна гірчинка дуже тривала. Ну смачно, нічого не скажу

赤ワイン感というより、葡萄ジュース感強め。おとなしやか。印象は違うものだねえ。飲み順のせいもあるかな、とは思うけれど。
