Draft. To think I once found lambic undrinkable. If anything, the criticism here is it's unremarkabiliy. Perfectly good, really nice raisin stickiness. One of my favourites of theirs. But only a 4.0.

Celebration beer that's been cellared since...2002? Held up alright. Vinous, wild, berry, dry. Totally gonna throw these dregs in the berliner weiss I have fermenting right now.
