Annata 2014, aroma di cantina di mastro Fí, mosto, frutti di bosco e floreale, tutto molto elegante; al palato è più legno però morbida, lattico prevalente insieme al sapore dell'uva, poco allappante #zenofascio

2018. Interesting blend of musty, subtley cheesy and funky, oaky, plus that dark grape tannin goodness. I'm generally not a big red wine person, and this is somewhat in the realm of funky red wine, but I can recognize why people love it so much

Cibouére. C'est vineux, ça sent la brett que l'criss mais au goût, c'est pas si funky. Cest légèrement épicé, y'a du bois en masse, c'est assez complexe. Un gros gros merci Samuel D.

Redonda, acidez comedida, presencia del mosto de uva con notas de fruto silvestre, regusto suave, te hace salivar y se disfruta mucho

Wow this is incredible very sweet for a lambic but has the exact flavors a lambic should have.

Très belle couleur. Acidité couplée à une pétillance fine qui se fait couper assez vite par la douceur du raisin pour finir sur un côté vineux.

On retrouve l'odeur du vin rouge couplée avec l'odeur "gueuze". Ça pétille bien en début de bouche puis on part sur une acidité douce qui laisse place à une légère astringence, caractéristique du vin rouge. Parfaitement équilibrée et unique en son genre !

Always delivers. Fruit forward, tart, creamy, hints of chocolat, bit sweetness. Love it!
