Le goût 100% mais le fait que c’est flat (wine beer) ca rend ca moins le fun on dirait !

2017-2018, 3 years barrel aged, bottled 2021. Definitely flat, deserves more than 4.00 taste-wise. No bottle fermentation? No residual yeasts at all.. Haven't had it in a while so I can't remember if that's always the case. Thx Red!!

Fra tidligere - Skuffer litt. Lavkarbonert og flat. Klassisk Cantillon syre (balansert eddik) noe funk, veldig tørr og fin. Stikkelsbær, sitrus, grønne epler. Lett mineralsk. Noe tynn og lett munnfølelse sammenlignet med andre varianter.

Really light body, mild. Lemon citrus, cork, paper, dusty funk, green grape, and something vaguely herbal on finish. Hint of balsamic.

From New Year's Eve: Fruity tart, biscuity, dry & what amazed me most was how clean, clear it tasted. Wonderful drop.

Found it unpleasant. Maybe I wasn't ready for it or it wasn't the best bottle.

It’s Christmas, bring out the good shit. This is 4 almost 5 years old. Maybe should be older. This bottle could use more carbonation. Great funky nose, nice tart and light finish. A bit of astringency. Good, but expectations were very high.
