Heerlijke "platte" lambik. Bescheiden zuurtje met een meer dan aangename droge afdronk. Eerste van het jaar op balkonia....😎

Lambic anche questa interessante, nel complesso molto simile alla "cugina" Gueuze ma a me personalmente è piaciuta meno, da riprovare certamente.

Comparé à la 1an d'âge, la Grand Cru se boit très facilement mais ce n'est pas pour autant qu'elle conserve de sérieuses subtilités. Se boit très (trop) rapidement

Plutôt léger en bouche. On est sur quelque chose de très funky. On sent bien l'influence du passage pendant trois ans en fût de chêne. C'est vraiment très bon. Ça se boit tout seul. Très caractéristique, que ce soit au nez ou en bouche.

I just can’t get into this one. Starts off with some great funky, skin contact, kind of natural wine flavors, Brett mixed in, but the finish falls flat, the lack of carbonation likely makes it drink heavier. Fun idea but not for me.

Met dank aan Martin v. Meer zure meuk op de Wilde Kerstdisco! Mild, hoewel de geur overdonderend is. Een neus als een kruising tussen een Scud raket en een Sherman tank, maar qua smaak lieflijk en bijkans delicaat

And another one! TY Martin! That lovely funky nose so typical of a nice Cantillon. Something round and meaty in the core here. Balanced pucker finish with some nice woody tones. I like!

Bland and flat. No carbonation. Ended up giving the rest to a friend.
