Excellent gym preworkout. Finely balanced acidity and funk, very enjoyable cardio

I think tart is the right adjective, because the acidity was so well integrated. I was expecting a more wow factor, anyway cantillon is always a sure shot

My favorite beer ever. Bought in Belgium in 2001. Farewell to Malaysia open.

Complex and almost bubble-free, this lambic is easy to regard as a wine rather than a beer - enjoy thoughtfully and don't rush it :)

no carbonation, but still a lovely lambic. earthy tones with grapefruit zest, hint of toasted pecan, woodsiness, rained-on mulch, lemonbalm herb, and a lovely puckering finish.

Sour and sweet, slightly unnerving because of the nonexistent carbonation. Tasty, though.
