Enjoying this on my sons first birthday. White wine acetic tannins with a funky woody complexity. Shows more depth as it warms.

Bottled in 2014. Wanted to like this more but it had gone totally flat. Bummer.

Différent! Flat, plus vin blanc, tanin, bonne acidité

100% oude Lambiek en daarom geen carbonatie. Droge afdronk met veel nat hout en tannines. Typische funk.

Rare et unique. Entre bière et vin. Comme prévu, 0 pétillante.

Unexpected and a tad disappointing. Sweet bottle aroma; apple glass aroma; flat oak taste. Earth, dirt, bitter, flatness. Weirdly bitter and funkified. Rare unblended lambic!

Saison 2014-2015. A lot of white wine notes, pleasant acidity, learning slightly towards vinegar, with virtually no sweetness. Touch of stable aroma adds pleasant depth. Very good beer overall.

Slightly fruity on the nose, gently sour with a dry finale on the palate

2015-16 version, bottled Dec 2018 and purchased on our honeymoon in Brussels. 5000th beer had to be a special one. Sharp, tart, a hint of feta. Under-carbed unfortunately but still delicious.

One year ago had the opportunity to pick this up while in Belgium.

Cantillon sour in aroma, dry flowery taste. Not super deep, but quite sour and stem of a flower in there. Not my favourite cantillon, but well nice

One a day historical check in, drank January 2010. Aromas of pineapple, barnyard funkiness, green apples, a little sweetness. Flavours of lemon peel, lemon zest, lime, some salt, grapefruit. Crisp sour flavours. Zesty lemon tang on the palate. Excellent.
