After some failed tries (not checking those in...) this one is lovely. Soft, woody, some chalky mineralness, mellie pucker. Yum.

Dry and oakey. But i like a bit more fizz therefore my least favorite cantillon yet. Start to one week of holiday and a quarantine (daughter was tested) weekend
