Was lighter than I expected, wow. Generally mildly sweet and sour.

Another delicious local beauty. A very tart Lambic with a vinous taste. The finish is dry and sour.

Traditional lambic indeed. Flat, funk, tart, a bit sharp. Bottled 09/09/2020.

Super Cantillon comme d'hab, un goût toujours à part et super intéressant. Bière complètement plate, et j'aurais préféré légèrement pétillante.

Buteljerad Mars 2020. Komplex men ändå lätt. Fina taniner i eftersmaken. Underskattad lambic. Såklart ännu godare om den får ligga till sig några år.

More carb than I expected. Nice dry funk. Not what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. Brought back from Belgium in a backpack adds some extra love. ❤️

2019 release. This is banging. People probably hating on the lack of fizz - this is a complex accomplished beer and deserves a higher rating.. Apple and lemon sherbet nose, dry wood, some funk, deep. Super dry, woody austerity, citrus and a toffee finish
