If you have told me this was wine grape based, I’d believe it. Pretty sharp, lemony acidity up front, but mostly dry finish. Tasty.

Not sure I ever had Lonicera caerulea (Camerisier in French) in any form whatsoever. Pasting Wikipedia picture for good measure. Tart, acetone.
