A classic that always works and is really nice now with a few years of age on it. Leftovers from sorting out the pickled herring went into the chef :)

Started off surprisingly bitter but mellowed over time. Lovely dry barnyard funk with acidic green apple

Starting 2021 off right!! This is a damn treat, wow. Light and subtle, everything I love about lambics but made smoother. Happy new year, folks! 🍻

Idade de bebê ainda. Mesmo assim, ótima. Tart no ponto, funky apesar de tímido, aroma cítrico, sabor percebe-se acerola e pitanga, com adstringência na língua.
