Upranking this since last I had it, it was flat and from a bag. Now bottled and carbed this is juicy sweet mirabelle. Mirabelle is my favorite fruit so +.25 for personal preference. Plum tartness and apricot juiciness. Winner. Also one of my fav labels!

So much fruit on sweet side but still a lot of acidity/ sharpness. Will be even better in a couple years more like 4.33

Love love love this label. Beer is also so good. Deep plum complexity with this almost Olive background taste. Super zingy and citrusy and another summer crusher!

Good sourness to start. Small funk later the yellow fruit taste. I think this bottle beggining to be ready to drink

I really liked this a lot. Full on fruit juice. Base lambic is missing completely. Totally flat. Mirabelle shines. No oak, no funk. Probably too young. Still a thirst quencher for sure!

Nose is nice on ripe mirabelle, palate starts full juice and ends with a tart note which I am not sure about, bit lactic but a tad unusual, which is probably a sign it needs more time. The lambic base doesn't show much, no funk or oak. To try later again
