June 2020. Perfect, deep deep raspberry perfume, tart but not heavy sourness,fruit flavour shines through and lingers. Slight bit of funk on the finish. Mouthwateringly great

Giste rosado duradero. Color tirando a remolacha. Aroma a fruta roja. En boca ácida, sabor a frambuesa. Muy rica! Para repetir una y otra vez sin parar! Santé!!!

Aromat porzeczek, lekko dębowy, dziki, trochę octu. W smaku ogrom owoców, dużo malin, taniczne. W tle lekka słodycz. Konkretnie kwaśne. Bardzo złożone piwo. Genialne.

Nose is straight raspberry syrup with a curb on the sweetness on the palate by way of woodsy barrel flavours and a a milder (compared to the straight gueuze) sour note.

My first Cantillon did not disappoint! Thin, dry, effervescent, bright, and complex. Sharp zap of electric acidity opens up into dazzlingly tart raspberry. So mouth watering it almost becomes jammy. Hints of green apple and wet grass, with a pleasant funk
