Nose: straight hay with a slight pure brett note. Palate: ripe green apple and plums

Sharp citrus nose. Hazy golden body with tight carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Drying, woody notes lead to smooth sour citrus and a long, drying finish. Gloriously aged!

happy zwanze...10/21/2019 bottling, small portion of 3-year old lambic aged in cognac barrels and 4-year old lambic aged in port barrels. seems thicker, quite nice, not tart
