Enorm populair bier. Terwijl zeer lekker ben ik toch niet per se overtuigd van de vlierbloesem. Wel gewoon zeer subtiel en geslaagd

Took me a while to get used to the flavor. Strong elderberry blossom flavor with a strong fragrant note.

Elderflower soda. Bright, vibrant floral quality. Acetic, big barrel notes. Acid is well balanced, very rich and warming.

Première fois pour ça. Je sais pas si c’est parce que tout le monde dit ça, mais Calisse que ça goûte le cornichons partout dans yeule… pi ça manque de funk cantillon

Bitter, floral, wild yeast. Acidic and a bit damp, the bright wild ale finishes with mushroomy forest ground notes. Quite nice
