Cognac nose. Mild sourness, rustic, Citrusy, quite dry, Dusty and oaky, long lasting cognac flavors. So good and deep. Differently had to Open up a bit.

On craque un peu, mais ça va avec l'après-midi... Pas grand chose à dire tant on a d'équilibre dans cette bière. L'élevage vient sublimé un lambic déjà fin, vif, avec des notes boisées et vanillées. Bref, c'est classe.

This was very good. Somewhere between 4.25 and 4/5 for me and got better when warm

Flat. Tu goûte la barrique dans ton pallet, le cognac dans ton nez et une finition ronde et cuivrée sur la langue. Toute en finesse

Complex funk. Chewy body. Earthy but not grassy. Decent presence of the cognac spirit without overwhelming. Really awesome.
