I didn't think it would age this well, but it's so well balanced. Apricot is still very much fresh but the hay funk on this compliments it.

Interesting revisiting this after 5 years. There’s still a bit of that stonefruit quality but definitely a far more musty, farmyard-y character developing. There’s a real sharp acidity in there now and a more pronounced white wine character.

This is close to perfect right now. So distinctively Lambic with restrained tartness and perfect amount of peach. Can’t improve on this vintage.

Huge stonefruit nose.Apricot and peach skins over a prominent oak, subtle cheese/funk, and light acidic backdrop. Palate leads with bright lemony acidity before a robust and layered oak/funk driven base.3F-esque wood.Nuanced apricot, umami notes. Cohesive

10 Aug 2018. Nose is heavy stone fruit, palate has a lot of tannins and mild funk. Sweetness is gone, replaced with the tartness.
