What a great way to kick off this weekend. Beautiful vintage with lovely apricot notes. Hints of lemon, green grapes. Funk, oak n straw obviously. Nice acidity as well. 🍻 Thank u dear Micke N. for this.

Aug 14, 2018 bottle. Super honeycomb apricot juice with cantillon funk backing the whole thing up. Real nice

Good but falls off for me completely. Not sure what is wrong with this vintage. Yes more apricot but super tart! Definitely a year by year thing.

Lots of fruit flavor still present, perfectly balanced bottle. Too bad the glass didn’t last much longer after this photo was taken. Need to get back to Brussels...

No surprise that it's delicious. Trying to pick out new notes...getting meyer lemon, pink grapefruit, sourdough crust.

Juicy apricot, funky, sourish fruity nose. Flavor is moderate funky, apricot, juicy, medium to high carbonation slight dry, acidic. So Balanced. So Cantillon.

I feel like I'm getting to try some special beers here that I can't properly appreciate. It does smell like apricots though
