Mocne morelki, dzikuskowe. W ustach słodycz leciutka, kwasik wyraźny i dość mocny, morelowe konkret, dzikie, ściągające. Bardzo smaczne

I can't believe I found this on tap in Wien. Delicate, fruity and a bit tart, just like an excellent apricot should be. Dry finish, perfect balance. More subtle than I expected, which could be due to the age, the vintage, or my American expectations.

Still, this might be the ”worst” vintage of Fou’ Foune. It’s still well and good, but the apricot is subtle as hell.

A fun beer to drink, a bit much at the start. But it then plays out it's true profile, tart and slightly sweet in the aftertaste.

The peaches and stone fruit are legit and where it gets special is the finish which gets more barrel forward and the funkiness settles in.

Virkelig overlegen. Lækker sur og frugtig (aprikot), men stadig rigtig behagelig at drikke.
