Still amazing. Ripe apricot skin in every sip. Amazing aroma and nice funk. The perfect beer for a great spring evening. Delicious!

I think this amount of time might be just perfect for me. Plenty of juicy peach/stone fruit yet the balance of funk is beginning to emerge.

Sour, tart and definitely apricot both taste and smell. Held up very well, very good!

In an excellent place, fruit still nicely there but all that Cantillon funk is nicely settled in and acidity is low/med

Perfect amount of carb. Great clarity. Aroma of apricot jam and cereal, Little bit of apricot based liqueur, Slight funk. jammy apricot taste! Mellow funk, aged lambic sherbet, slight oak and barrel notes as it goes on. Very little sourness. Well balanced

Underripe apricot, puckering acidity. Not a ton of big juicy fruity complexity, but definitely notice it's there. The age has thinned it just a tad.

Licht perzik/abrikoos in de neus. Lekker zuurtje en een beetje droog achter op het gehemelte.

Probablement une de mes meilleures Cantillon encore bien sur le fruit c'est sour et délicat c'est tellement bon je capote a chaque fois
