À l'aveugle j'avais dis pêche mais c'était abricot. Très surette. J'aurais pas pu dire que c'etait une Cantillon. Les fruits sont un peu disparus après 5 ans.

The perfect apperitif between two Stouts. Another great vintage for sure. I definitely prefer Fou' Foune with some years on the bottle. Great!

Interesting revisiting this after 5 years. There’s still a bit of that stonefruit quality but definitely a far more musty, farmyard-y character developing. There’s a real sharp acidity in there now and a more pronounced white wine character.

Det er så annerledes enn fersk Fou. Funky, syrlig og digg. Smaker omtrent like godt som poeng i Stavanger.

Still my favorite lambic. Leap at the opportunity to try this. Stone fruit that perfectly balanced the acidity from the lambic. #BottleConditioned
