Candied apricot, white grapes (muscat), funk starting to shine, light cork, oak, medium acidity. Should not age much longer.

Actually not the best Fou Foune I’ve had, but still lovely. The least amount of peach I’ve had from this beer, but definitely still there.

Less apricot on this older vintage. But funky and delicious

Legit lambic. Apricot, what a treat. Thank you Stefan S.

Not as good as fresh and it got some mint notes in the aftertaste which is a bit unusual for me to be honest. I can’t really describe it! Thanks Christopher S. I think that swap was good for me 🙃

Still my favorite lambic. Perfect combo of funk, fruit, and acid. Incredible beer.

Another 14Aug2018 bottle, apparently. Thanks Nick M. Low-med funk, juicy stone fruit, oak and a little acidity on the finish (redolent of not-quite-ripe fruit). Mouthcoating body, but short finish.

This was unreal, a major whiff of apricot to the face. Acidic, funky, and overwhelming tart.

Fruitey nose, less fruity in the flavour. Medium sourness level and funk. Pairs perfectly with some old manchego 24months

Unfortunately this beer that I've already had several times was the beer of the night but oh well. Absolutely delicious

Fantastic vintage. Apricots throughout the range, not overpowering or masking the lambic. I love my fou fruity but this one is much more nuanced right now.

Good. Apricot yoghurt as opposed to fresh apricot.

12/31 - Peach farts for dayzzzzzz! This batch is a bit more lactic than I’d prefer, probably shouldn’t have opened the 2017 instead. Whoops! That said, I enjoyed it immensely, per usual, and I impressed a few friends who don’t really like sour beers. Win!
