Huge stonefruit nose.Apricot and peach skins over a prominent oak, subtle cheese/funk, and light acidic backdrop. Palate leads with bright lemony acidity before a robust and layered oak/funk driven base.3F-esque wood.Nuanced apricot, umami notes. Cohesive

BL z wczoraj. 4,4 Morelki nadal są wyraźne, chociaż oczywiście nie tak jak na świeżo, przez niższą słodycz wydaje się kwaśniejsze, ale to wciąż jest piękny balans, całość czyściutka, owocki świetnie dopełniają bazę - no FF jak zawsze klasa!

Juicy apricot, funky, sourish fruity nose. Flavor is moderate funky, apricot, juicy, medium to high carbonation slight dry, acidic. So Balanced. So Cantillon.

No surprise that it's delicious. Trying to pick out new notes...getting meyer lemon, pink grapefruit, sourdough crust.
