Most exotic beer I ever had. For the age this was surprisingly sour and fresh. Almost wish it had shown more aging signs, as that usually brings complexity. Lots of cherry, unsurprisingly. There are also spices such as pepper and cinnamon, though faint 🐋

Side by side with 2009. No favorite, even though there are clear differences. Fruit has diminished considerably. Almonds all over now. 4.4

樱桃红带点老酒的琥珀色 初期：新鲜樱桃汁，轻单宁 中期：樱桃，香草，奶油，轻微红茶，矿物质 慢慢出现樱桃果酱，全程美好 4.9

4.85浓郁樱桃，香草奶油，逐渐呈现类似发酵红茶味道 顶部入口樱桃核质感，矿物质咸感明显，尾段酸度增高丹宁饱满
