Back in the same Brussels bar nearly 7 years later, and my tastes have changed this beer from 2.5/5 stars to 5/5. Could also be different batches. 🤷

Nose is sweet tart Kool Aid. Mouth perfect wild raspberry. Finish tart and lingering Raspberry. Insane.

LCI the first Xmas day bomb, so damn good. Raspberry for days but the acidity, sourness and jammy sweetness are so perfectly balanced. If there is a beer I wish I could drink every day for the rest of my life it's a coin flip between this and magic lambic
