Excellent lambic, a été bu après une grosse stout c’était le seul moyen de récupérer le palais en vrac.

Bottled 13 November 2017. Druivig, kruidig, zacht zuurtje, ook weer zeer lekker. Beetje zo’n vettig gevoel ook. Lekkere ouwe meuk.

Bardzo obornikowe w zapachu, kwaśne czerwone owoce. W smaku lekki kompocik, ale z czasem się otwiera na wręcz lekko przyprawowe nuty, dużo porzeczkowych-dżemikowych owoców, kwasu i siana. Trochę się bałem tej butelki ale okazała się być pysznym lambikiem
