Torn between this and the Black Project methode traditionale in the fridge, but in Paris so had to go with the cognac aged lambic.

Barrel induced strong character at start and then again a bit later. Maybe a touch out of balance in terms of base and barrel.

2021 год. К коньяку добавилась марсала и ром. Очень мягко. Очень вкусно. Прямо сама деликатность. Гёз и на нем чуть винности плюс ощутимая бочка. Будто бы чистая, но наверное, ромовая. Шикарный образец! Угостил французиков в баре во славу России!
