The aroma is great! The taste falls short of expectations. I expect better from Cantillon . Not bad by any means but my expectations were high.

Among my favorite unfruited Cantillon, probably my favorite. The barrel character was so interesting on this. Bright, funky, citrusy

A: old lemons, crackers, the barn, apple box, brooding grapey oak, glacé pineapple. Not bone dry. Mellow autumnal fruit, sour but not acetic w old lemons, pears, pineapple. Moderately oaky at the end. I suppose Cognac fills palate the rounds it out.

Mega rare made with wine barrels some desert wine barrels included. Really sharp sour aroma. Rich deep full sour pithy aggressive some really interesting rounding notes possibly from the rum

EB from last Friday. Don’t remember the vintage but I suspect fairly young. Balanced, fruity and light funky. Delicious as always!

2022 vintage - Very very nice. The Cognac and Masala Barrel is VERY present. No hints of funk, but really enjoyable.

Let krop med en klassisk frugtet aroma. Læskende inden dybden fra fadene tager til og giver øllet en meget anderledes karakter. Først efter at have konsulteret etikken giver de fad karakteristika mening. Og det virker som en nogenlunde middelvej
