Lambic - Traditional

In March 2005, the brewery Cantillon had bought second hands barrels in the region of Cognac. For 15 years, the wood had been impregnated with cognac. Then for 2 years, our lambic has extracted all the flavors and aromas to make a unique gueuze. The name comes from the geographic location of the brewery.

Very delicious sour. Slight warmth follows it down. Quite tart.

❤️❤️Hout explosie! Elk vat lijkt afzonderlijk waarneembaar. Cognac zorgt voor boozy en leer, Marsala en rum voor een rijpe, gekonfijte afdronk. Heel nice. +1 voor het glas natuurlijk @Stijn

Hopefully just a bad bottle variation but buttery/diacetyl immediately on both nose and on the sip. Have had 5/5 bottles before, so maybe just needs some more time for this batch.
