While it's enjoyable, the raspberry isn't exploding like I'd expect from "young" lambic... I enjoy most fruited lambics (depending on fruit) in the 1-4 year mark. Personal preference and perhaps not the popular opinion but, fuck you!

Shockingly fruity for its age. Nose is insanely strong raspberry. Very jammy. Super tart. Like so jaw clenchingly tart. So tasty but hard to drink.

Sharp, tannic and slightly solventy. Mouthpuckering and tastebud stripping. Fits in nicely with the cantillion ethos.
