Divine. Between the tart and the funk and the light notes of barrel aging, Cantillon impresses yet again

Raspberry is overpowering. The base doesn’t shine enough. It’s good, don’t get me wrong… it needs more time or perhaps less fruit. Perhaps the “juiciest” Cantillon I’ve ever had.

Bottle froze while shipping... April 28 2021 probably freshest I have had. Aroma is incredible fresh raspberry. Oddly enough I think much of what was left frozen in the bottle was water so diluted flavor... Strange experience. Luckily bottle 2 survived.

Not as sweet as in previous years but has a lovely tartness and no funk.
