Buteljerad för två månader sedan. Galna mängder hallon och en del mandel/körsbärskärnor. Det här är en av mina favoritöl alla kategorier. Vansinnigt gott!

Honestly, a framboise cannot get any better than this. God dizzam. The fruit (berries) are obviously dominating. Honestly do not know how it could be improved. KEY.

This is fucking 🔥 fresh. So much rich berry flavor, the color is nuts, glowing ruby. Perfect mouthfeel and carb. Fresh RdG > aged RdG every time.

Pure raspberry jam - maybe a hair funkier than the 2020 I had but that’s definitely not a bad thing

Only a375ml. Is ok. I’ll share with the other 7 ppl in the bar because they DESERVE a taste just for being here.

Deep, deep red, ultimate sour blood, the mother of all sour brews. Great load of raspberry and cherry hidden deep in the ultra sour blood brew. Complex aroma with vinegar and berries, all the wild bunch. Hard to swallow. Not for faint hearted.

Perfection. Like the best raspberries in a glass with the slightest funk mid finish. Feb/3 bottling

Man oh man. The pinnacle of craft beer. Huge thanks to my hookup Alex D. for the unbelievable gift. An all around amazing sensory experience. Fruity. Light. The smell is unreal but distinct from the flavor. Galaxy class for sure. Cheers!

If you're going to do a framboise, this is the way to do it. Tart and fresh, without being cloyingly sweet. I'm more of a gueuze man myself, but this is excellent as well. Freshly picked berries in the woods after a summer shower.

A phenomenal Belgium lambic! Thanks to Brenton for the share.

Really sharp and acidic but with a heavy raspberry flavour, super fruity, really dry, light earthiness, really light root vegetable background but that fruit punches through it, really tart, fantastic brew
