It Cantillons are kicking left and right, so had to grab one more before it’s gone. I love Novare Res. So thankful they survived the pandemic and can bring these amazing beers to us from so far away 🙏🙏🙏

Bottled 19 May 2021. Exactly as it should be. Big tart cherries are very present up front, dry, mild funk.

Belle attaque sur la cerise qui se termine avec des notes d'amande. Acidité qui chatouille le palais. Un peu d'étable en fond.

Zeer lekker. Wellicht voor mij persoonlijk één van de beste der kriekenlambieken. Zacht, balans, mooi zuurtje en die heerlijke kersen. Wellicht dat het mooie weer nog meespeelt 💁♂️?
